This moving, Pulitzer Prize-winning photograph was taken by Héctor Rondón during a defiance that occurred north of five days in 1962 in the South American nation, Venezuela. In the photograph, minister Luis María Padilla holds an injured officer who was genuinely harmed in the scandalous El Porteñazo hostile to government defiance. He was among 700 individuals harmed during the fleeting insubordination, which additionally left 400 individuals dead. The uprising was eventually fruitless in ousting the public authority.
