18-year-old Seth had to reside in his vehicle and acknowledge that he was destitute.
As one would expect, life was hard for the adolescent. During a meeting with USA TODAY, he shared:
“Vacant, alone, no place to sort of fit in [… ] simply an ordinary sort of life, nothing truly unprecedented to anticipate.”
