She was excited about investing energy with Shelby and decided to devote as much time as possible to things they could do together.
“I had the best babysitters, and I took him out and about with me,” she said. “When I wouldn’t, I can fly home after a show, get him up in the first part of the day, take him to school and get him. We’d play until I needed to fly out again for an evening show. I needed to accompany Shelby. Indeed still do.”
