The Birds Are Coming
This seems to be a scene from the film Birds, with a large number of birds soaring over, catching you on the ground with no place to stow away. Fortunately, this image is more honest than that. It’s the huge number of Starling birds relocating from Northern Europe to Italy. This photograph was taken in Rome while the moving season was in full power, between October and February. Assuming that you cut off the lower part of the photograph, it very well may be static from an old TV.
