Husband and wife pass away 5 hours apart after 67 years of marriage.

The couple’s obvious bond started when they were two youngsters in Easton, CA.

 

They began a close connection in the wake of reconnecting at a nearby ballroom.
They got hitched in 1947, never expressed farewell without kissing one another, and brought up their kids on a little ranch where they developed cotton and raised turkeys.

“I recall them saying farewell to one another each day. I recall mother called him Blondie on the grounds that he had such beautiful light hair and blue eyes,” Scharton told ABC News.
