Floyd and Violet were dedicated to one another for over sixty years. Eventually, they bid farewell just hours separated.
Floyd and Violet Hartwig burned through the more significant part of their coexistence. In this way, it seemed OK that their lives would also end together.
“They needed to go together,” little girl Donna Scharton told CBC. “All is right with the world that way.”The Harwigs were hitched for a long time. They grew up together as kids.
