12. The Six Banners Amusement Park
This is the neglected Six Banners amusement park which is situated in New Orleans East. In 2005, the recreation area was shut during the groundwork for Tropical storm Katrina. Sadly, it didn’t open after that. This photograph was taken with a robot fourteen days after Typhoon Katrina and you can see the recreation area was for the most part submerged around then.
