Destitute high schooler ages out of child care then track down his birth sister and have his life changed by her new family

At only 18 years of age, he became destitute and needed to live in a vehicle.

“Unfilled, alone, no place to sort of fit in [… ] simply a regular sort of life, nothing truly uncommon to anticipate,” he recalled during a meeting with USA Today. All he wanted, was a legitimate family to consider his own.
