You Can’t Do A Blur Simply Just let it out
Great hair styles are difficult to find, and this hair stylist evidently didn’t have the foggiest idea about the constraints of his hairdresser abilities. As most folks do, this one moved up to his neighborhood barbershop and showed his hairdresser a photograph of what he needed. It was a long-ish haircut on top, with a blur on the base. It appeared as though a standard cut and his stylist promptly said he could make it happen.
