Turnbow was riding his cruiser down Thruway 171 in Texas and wanted to meet his father for a day of bicycle riding.
Turnbow traveled down the thruway and saw a savage man pummeling a little Jack Russell.
Turnbow was stunned and immediately chose to rake the person over the coals. However, before he could say anything, the man tossed the canine onto the control and drove away.
