We all know junk food is not the healthiest option but on the other hand it’s the most addictive food and we all crave for it. I’m throwing a recipe with zero oil and of course you don’t need to bring air fryer for this recipe. All it requires is cut the potatoes into your shape preferences and boil it for 5 minutes in water. Remove fries from water and pre heat the oven in 425 degrees Celsius meanwhile season the boiled potato wedges with the herbs of your choice along with all-purpose flour, give it a good mix, gently place your fries on baking sheet in baking tray put it in oven and cook for 20 minutes straight.
