6. 1975: Jerry Hall
Despite the fact that Jerry Hall is from Texas, it was in France that her displaying potential was found by design specialist Claude Haddad. She rose to conspicuousness when she showed up as a mermaid on the front of Roxy Music’s collection, Siren in 1975. By 1977, she has graced the fronts of more than 40 magazines including Italian Vogue and Cosmopolitan. She later wedded Mick Jagger, and in 2016 won the Lifetime Achievement Award from Fashion Group International, Dallas.
